  • Smoked Lobster

    I had a wild hair a few weeks ago and decided to smoke a spiny lobster tail. I split the tail and put the 2 halves in the smoker.

    2 hours at 250 degrees with apple chips and basted with Lane's Ancho-espresso rub and butter. Used the same butter for dipping. What a hit!!
