    Tim,

Leave them in the 1/2 shell, add a shot of your favorite hot sauce (Crystal for me), add a small slice of your favorite smoked sausage (Conecuh for you AL guys), a dash of Cavender's Greek seasoning, and a sprinke of your favorite shredded cheese (Parmesan for me). Grill for a few minutes over a hot fire with the top down until done. Enjoy!

On the half, really thin piece of sliced onion, piece of apple smoked bacon partially cooked, cajun seasoning, collards, small slice of tomato, small slice of smoked gouda. Cook on a warm wood fire.

This is what I remember Loco showing me. Get your charcoal fire going. Place fresh Oysters on the grill. Once they crack open, they are done. Grilled/Steamed Oysters. I was shocked how simple it was.....

Glad you enjoyed guys. It's my favorite way to eat oysters other than on the hald shell. My favorite oysters come from Apalachicola (I'm sure the Cox's will confirm). What is it about those things that make em so darn good???
