  • Hot tub install

My hot tub that I bought used was beyond repair so I bought another new/used from a friend. It seemed like a little job in my head but ended up taking me all weekend. I had to rent a compact telehandler.

You did all that in one weekend? That's gotta be at least a four weekend job, not including getting the tub working! Ha! Looks good Brandon. []

Actually yes it is. Ill eventually parge it and hang faux rock. However every other course has 4 pieces of rebar in it and poured with concrete. Inside there is three steel I beams that the top concrete sits on. Also a center block post with rebar and concrete filled.

Jeez ... I thought my free hot tub story had all beat. I built a heavy deck system to support the tub, then build a deck and a patio around it. Refurb of jets, replacement of pumps and heater, 200' of 8/3 ... Free turned into a couple of thousand!
