  • 2017 was a good year on the 260

Starting in july i went 2 for two in one weekend on giants. Biggest 97" 500lbs

The smaller fish was 84" but paid 18.50lb!

September fishing was hot! 5 fish in just over a week! Best bei g the one i caught with dad, his first tuna. October season was short and i lost one. December just opened up and i lost another today....

All this catching has led me to a new boat! The Mako has been really good to me but ive outgrown it.

I just bought an 89 youngbrothers 40ft with new cummings power!

The mako will be going on the market shortly if anyone is interested

photobucket is currently holding the internet hostage. Most have migrated to imgur. Certainly would like to see pictures of your fish and the new ride!

That is freaking awesome big tuna on a little boat! I followed your hardtop build and always thought it looked great glad to here you killed it this year! That mako has some good mojo. I'm still trying for a December January bluefin on my little 21 they show up close late season and take lures. I have an 8' Phoenix popping rod that I'm dying to get tight with a ghost.
