My center console does not have any kind of door on it was wondering if I can get some pictures/ideas on making a new door or doors. Thank you.

That's an orginial console but someone took the teak door off the back and added the shelf. You might post in the classifieds for some who took their old one off and changed to starboard, but it does look like the previous owner cut the bottom down as well.

As Sailor comment you have a standard console but PO modified the back by cutting the rear of the console removing the teak frame and door assembly. You can check threads of other 17 Mako projects for console layouts. Our picture were loaded on photobucket which has changed their policy for posting to third party sites. One suggestion would be to relocate the Perko battery switch to into the console for protection.

Hold off on replacing the console. The PO of my 171 Angler cut my console like that but did a great job by adding a slide out storage drawer and a Starboard hatch cover with teak trim.
I will snap a couple of pics and try to upload asap.

You could take measurements and have one made from starboard. I had a door made on the side of my console that way.
