New-ish Mako owner here in South Louisiana. About 2 months ago, I acquired a 1983 Mako 254 that was in decent shape. The motors were good and the electrical system seemed okay. The hill itself was in good shape, but a little rough around the edges so to speak. I am currently in the process of restoring it to its former glory. I am VERY happy that I found this site because I can use all the help I can get. It is all but completely repainted. Not it is time for the not-fun process of completely rewiring it to get rid of the rat's nest under the console.
