    Hey Guys - Been lurking around this site for a while in preparation for my recent purchase. Picked up a 1988 Mako 171 CC w/ 88hp Johnson from the original owner. He kept it pretty clean and I'm hoping to get a few seasons out of it before I need to do anything major.

    I took it out on the Chesapeake Bay last weekend and it was a blast. Looking forward to the rest of the summer!

    I'm open to any tips or suggestions to keep her running.

      I saw the boat listed in a Baltimore CL ad....said to myself..."that boat is clean and appears in great condition for its age... 5 Gee's is a steal for this deal."
