  • New Guy with Mako 260 question

Hi, My name is Rick and live in Southern New Hampshire. I just bought a 1989 Mako 260. Very much looking forward to getting the hull wet and doing some serious fishing.

Does a Mako 260 have the hull ID plate in multiple places? The one on the upper right hand side of the transom fell off, and NH registry is requiring that I have the hull ID verified since I bought it out of state. The seller is trusted and known to me.

Welcome to the site. Some have found one in the Anchor locker.

I have a 250, I have a vague recollection of one being in the cabin down low near the sump pump.
