        Congrats on the 224. Lets us know if you have any questions. Do you have splash guards on the back or is the transom original?

          Transom was original, bought it with a soft transom. That's the first thing I've fix so far, cut it all out and replaced with 1.5" of Penske board and added kevlar mat with the rest of my fiberglass mat for additional strenth

                Very nice 224, I hate to have to tackle a transom job. Did you do it on your own? looks like it came out nice.
