  • New 1976 Mako 19__owner

Just got a '76 Mako 19, did some test bores on the transom and it seems solid.

The boat was stored inside for the last 5 years, and previous to that sat on a trailer, it has been in Michigan since birth (registrations stickers lining the sides from 76 on...)

The decks are solid, but need a total facelift (and possibly more)

Going to try and just get it going for this summer, and then over the winter take time to dig in further if needed.

It didn't have a motor, but I cannabalized another boat off of craigslist for the 115hp Yamaha, just have to rerun the steering and control cables.

    Hey Mike...welcome aboard!

Congrats on taking ownership of a true ClassicMako watercraft.

Would love to see some images of your 19.

    Good luck!
