I acquired a 77 Mako 20. The boat has not seen water since last year. It was stored outside with no cover. The three wells in the floor were screwed shut and when I removed them they were filled with foam and drains clogged. I have cleaned drains out with a snake and compressed air, is there anyway to check the foam under floor for saturation? The fuel tank is full according to gauge but the 2003 Mercury 150L EFI is running off 6 gallon carry on tank. There are no soft spots in floor. T teak is in excellent shape. The console will need a bit of TLC. My question is what is value of the hull?

I have two other boats and will decide if I will keep the Mako 20 or not depending on feed back.
