Got a 2000 191. Been a real good boat so far. Last few times since I topped off the tank I've been having gas in the bilge after using it. In the process of hunting down the leak, pretty sure its in the fuel line running to the racor from the tank. Otherwise love the boat!

I would suggest that you check the seal of the fuel sending unit. I had that same issue and found that the gas was coming from the sending unit seal on top of the tank.

      Welcome to the madness !

Yeah that's what I'm thinking as well. I'll be checking every single connection when I get home.

Welcome. I had a similar problem, it was the fuel sender unit.
