    Hi there,

New member here, owned my boat for the last 8 years. Did an overhaul / rebuild 2 years ago, new 250 Optimax, Garmin electronics, all new wiring and recovered all upholstery.

Nice boat!! I really like the low bow rail. Any info on that? Welcome to the Owners Club.

Thanks M231, I had it made by Birdsall Marine in West Palm Beach, FL when they redid my upholstery.

                  Nice !

I love the low profile bow rails and the way you did the bracket. I would like to do that to my Mako 20b. I would like to get with you regarding how that was done, How does it change the handling ? would I need to add trim tabs ? etc...

Again, Nice rig and welcome to the madness !

Love the look of this set-up. How did you build up the transom? Is that starboard material? Do you know how deep that bracket tub is?

                      FourDucks,

Great looking boat, very nice upgrades.

I have a 1990 231, and I am also a new member here, but have had my boat for about 10 - 12 years. I promise, I will get some pictures taken and posted soon.

                      Welcome to the forum,

                      George

How is the boats attitude with the bracket. Has it improved your ride.

                        Nice job, looks great.
