All depends how soon you want to use it and how much green you got. I would say work on safety aspects first, electrical and fuel

After that I would work on inside out

You can work outside in but you have to take care not to get resin or anything else stuck on the outside climbing in and out of your boat

as one of the veterans on this site advised me, get the fuel tank secure first, it is the foundation you will build on for all the rest, and if you have to go back later to fix it you will just mess up all the work you did.
