  • Rigging Tubes

I am wondering what people are using for rigging tubes, material and size?

Do you run a single tube from console to transom?

Does it have drain holes in it?

    Thanks

four inch PVC you have room, if not then a 3" pvc and best to run one on each side. You will run out of room quick with one rigging tube.

Is there a reason why PVC is used and not ABS?

Suggest using sweeping elbows rather than 90deg elbows because of bend radius of some control cables.

I used 3" schedule 40 ABS and used a 45 and street 45 for coming up through the floor. I also ran one on each side, lots of room for my setup inside the 3". No drain hole, just slope it down towards the bilge.
