I have done my research and I'm fully aware of the poly/aluminum tank believers and haters. That's not what this topic is about. I have a 1983 mako 201 that I suspect may have a bad fuel tank, I will remove the tank next week and I want to replace it with a poly tank. Aluminum is way to expensive and tanks are 3-6 weeks out from being made that's just to long to be down! I want to got he poly tank route but my main concern is the slosh from not having baffles, does anyone with a 60 ish gallon poly tank notice any effects in performance from not having baffles in there tank? Or will a tank in the middle of the belly of my 20' boat not even shown any issues with a tank having no baffles?
