Are you looking for the main bilge drain or livewell drain?

If the main bilge drain, I'd drill out your existing hole just a bit to get fresh material, epoxy the hole entirely closed.

Then used a 1 1/4 hole saw to refresh the hole. And just use a garbord drain on the hulls exterior.

If for the live well I'd do the same thing but install a new thru hull instead of the garbord drain..

      Hope this helps.

There are 4 drain tubes (2 on each side) underneath metal scupper. Water drains out of the splashwell through them. I am also replacing the others but they appear to be 1 1/4 so shouldnt be a problem. The 4 above the splash well are larger than 1 1/4 so Im thibking they must be 1 1/2. I cant find brass ones anywhere but found some plastic threaded tubes that I am going to try

Thanks for the replies. I am thinking I may just fill the old holes, redrill and install 1 1/4 tubes like CReel. Thanks!
