1994 Mako 241 Fuel fill/vent line removal

Ok guys, have a question, I just picked up a 94 241 (I also own a 84 21 with a 225 opti max). The question is, who has the trick for removing the fuel supply and vent line that Mako so generously foamed in place ? This is a 1st time tank removal, tank is out, but trying to get ideas how to get these lines pulled out[!]

You will have to cut a hole in the gunnel to get at the filler tube. Check the floor where it travels into the tank as they can get soft if you had a gas leak,no easy way,as far as I know.
