Bonded both plywood sheets together with a layer of 1.5 csm and 1708, once cured I came back the next day and glassed it to the hull with a layer of 1.5 csm and a layer of 1708 and I used bonding putty as well so it would fill any voids. I also double tabes with 1708. Let this set for two days and glassed inner portion of transom with 1 layer of 1.5 csm and two layers of 1708 and bouble tabbed

After installing the transom, I ripped out all of the stringers. Laid 1 layer of 1.5 csm then a layer of 1708 going from left to right. Then I laid another layer Of 1708 from front to back. Stringers are 2in Carbon core honeycomb, I bonded them to the hull with light weight bonding putting I picked up from fgci.

After bonding the stringers to the hull I removed the cap and sanded the hull sides and laid down one layer of 1.5oz csm and a layer of 1708. Next, I will be using bonding putty to bond 1/4 devinycell foam core to the hull sides and afterwards I will lay another layer of 1708 and a layer of 1.5oz csm to finish the hull sides. Will post pics of the completed job.
