    Happy new year to all, I just finished polishing my 1995 21-b and needed some help, does anyone know of a product I can use to restore the color of my rubrail any info would be greatly appreciated

    Laq. Thinner will lift the grundge off of it to clean it well. Then Armoral.

      Dave,

      You're not likely to "restore" the color if it has sat out in the sun constantly. The best way I know to clean and protect the rubrail is:

      1. Wash/scrub with a detergent soap and water. Rinse and let dry.

      2. Once dry, spray with Westley's Bleche-White (tire cleaner) and scrub. Wash with soap & water and let dry.

      3. Wipe with acetone to seal small nicks.

      4. Wipe with Armor-All Tire spray.

      That will restore things to about the best they can be.

        use silicone spray instead of armor all
