    Hi all

So Ive got a deal on this boat and wanted to know if anyone can suggest someone in the area to give it a look?

Just boat and trailer, no motor.

Its in Louisiana at a place called the boat yard in Marrero.

    Thanks

    Found someone

    But another question

They have a 300 Verado to sell with it

    2014 with 150 hrs

Late model with bigger gear case

    Not rigged

    How much is motor worth?

I would think 15k for the motor but i would pass on that motor for that boat it is too heavy and will really impact its performance even with moving stuff around. Id be looking at a zuk or inline yammy for that boat

Verado's are heavy, especially a 300 I think? Zuke or Yamaha 250 or 225 likely ideal and few guys on here with that exact power

No 300 ho but I believe that the boat is only rated for 250 so insurance comes into play but if theyre cool with it id happily put a 300 of any brand on it

So going to have them rig the 300 Verado they have and have checked out before shipped. Anything else to pay attention to?

                        Then the restoration begins...
