Bedding compound

Have any of you guys used Arjay as a bedding compound between the deck and the stringers? Thinking of using it but not sure if it can be used for this purpose. Looking to see if someone had success with this for this purpose. I just want to weigh the deck down and not use screws so that the Arjay is what makes the bond. Thanks

Well, it's the consistency of honey, so you have to thicken it up with some cabosil if you want a bedding compound peanut butter consistency. It worked for me. Be sure to put a hot coat of resin on both pieces as well
