  • 1988 Mako hull only weight

    Does anybody know what a 1988 Mako weighs? Im trying to get a trailer and trying to figure out what a 2014 f150 motor and the hull weighs so i can buy the proper trailer but im getting diffrent weights on the web for the hull. If you know id appreciare it.

    well there were near 20 boats produced that year so a model would help[]

        Ooops lol i meant to put in 201 and forgot. I got the same specs page thanks for that. I just wasnt sure if that weight was mainly just the hull. Thanks

          that weight is without batteries gas oil t top (if you have one) engine or anything else that you may have. And as so many of us would note it definitely doesn't take into account the water in the foam. I would try and get a 5000lb trailer for it but that's just me, rather be under then overweight.

            I have an 88 230. I don't see it listed, yet if you search the net, you find a few for sale or that were for sale. Did the original family of Mako not keep good records or forget they made this model?
