They are still heavy. He closed the trim pockets and installed larger tabs, that definitely helps. I can't wait till our new Merc 225's get here shaving a couple hundred pounds of the stern is going to be great.

Ring, Have you ordered them yet? We placed our deposit in September and are expecting them to arrive at the end of March. I have a buddy with a 261B, he hung the 200 Zukes. It is a good combination and would have been our decision also. Glad we waited, Reel Chaos powered his 251 with the Merc 200's and his numbers are far better than the Zukes.
I know there is a big difference in weight and running surface between the 2 hulls but the Merc's are sure to shine.

Yes. Im on the list. Was told maybe March or April but not to hold my breath.
