    This is a picture I pulled from THT for a mako inboard that sold several years ago. Take a look at the trim tabs here. Anybody know how they pulled that off?

    This boat is one of my favorite Makos on the Forum...

    Here's a link to the thread for more information.



    The tabs are lenco's with custom fabricated pockets that recess them into the hull. Here's a few pics. Even when the tabs are fully retracted they act as a slight wedge so the boat does not squat at all.



















    I couldn't get any pics of the glassed in tube without having to take the tab off.

          Thanks for the info. I have a 23 I'm just starting. I don't think I'm going to attempt this one unfortunately.
