    Hi Everyone,

I live in Naples FL and fish the backwaters for Snook, Reds, Trout, Mangrove Snappers etc. I currently have a canoe with trolling motor but next year i'm looking at skiff/bay boat. I have only lived in the USA for 2 years so have spent that time basically learning to fish all over again.

I am looking at the new 18 LTS 2018 - looked at one up close in bass pro ft myers. It looks nice but will it last that's the question. Room for 4/5 people and a decent live well is a must, aside from that, what am I looking for. A 115 should be enough power for the 18fter?

a 115 should push the boat nice, cruise 25-35 mph. As for how long they will last, I cant answer that. I have an old original one that is 44 yrs old.

welcome to CM! The 18 LTS is a very nice boat and a 115 should fit it very nicely.
