New acquisition

Hi Everyone,

Im new to the site as well as a new Mako owner! Just picked up a 1977 21 footer. Its in a bit of rough shape but I plan on bringing her back to life. Any suggestions or ideas for the boat would be great to hear. I wanted to post a picture but cant seem to figure out how to [)]

Welcome Malcolm, and congrats on your new to you Mako.

My first suggestion is to go read through some of the project threads if you have not done so. There is a ton of information, suggestions and education.

Post up some more information about the condition of your boat and motor. Tell us a little more information about what is in rough shape and we can provide more help and suggestions.

Since Photobucket screwed up all the picture hosting without warning, most people have moved to using Imgur. An account is free and you upload your picture, edit the size to 500 x X, and then simply copy the BBC code and paste that in the body of your post and your pictures will appear.

Ask many questions and we can help as much as possible.
