I had a 72 76 and 78 Mako and they all came with one.
Are you looking to get a new one made? or just looking for a yes/no answer?

mrdelgado,
Thanks for your reply. I am looking for what information was identified on these plates. I am not surprised your 72 76 and 78 Makos had these. Mine is a 1970 which was before the USCG required manufacturers to install these. Do you have a picture of your 72 Mako 19 plate?

I have seen capacity plates on most early Mako model 19's
1968 1969 had them mounted on the inside of the transom...starboard side near engine mount.
1970 and up had them mounted on the center console next to the storage area compartment.
The original factory plate on my 1972 Mako 19 was faded and barely readable like the example above.... so I contacted machine plates [http://www.machineplatesonline.com/] to make a replacement.
Here's an image of the plate I had made.
