Mako 254__ Prop advice__suzuki df 250

Hi, repowering with a new to me df 250, on my 254, anybody running this set up? Thanks to all

i have the older 25 2with a DF250. I am running a 3x16x21.5 and am pretty happy with the numbers. was going to switch to the 18.5 but the 21 gets less slip and i went back to that.

Thank you, do you notice a big difference getting up on plane with the 21.5 vs 18.5 thanks again

not a difference on plane. I get more torque not much speed but I am at maybe 34mph cruising speed just shy of 5k RPM. I also have trim tabs.

I think the 254 is a tad heavier but im unsure on this.
