1987 261 stringers

Anyone here replaced stringers on a 261? I was in the process of replacing the transom and doing so i found the stringers are shot.. i have cut the fuel tank liner out and was wondering how far they go forward pics would be awesome if anyone had tackled this before

I checked my stringers in a couple of places and they were good so I didn't replace them. They go forward of the rear of the front center floor box, I think about half the length of the box.
