  • Windshield Frame Paint

The frame on my windshield is in need of some touch up. Has anyone found a close match to the original brown? Redoing the frame completely is on my list for next winter, just need to touch up for now. Any suggestions appreciated.

When you do the frame this winter, consider powder coat in the same color or a different color. It will give you a beautiful finish and last a long, long time.

Pettit Easypoxy Bittersweet Brown (no. 3517) is the closest I could find for my 1988 Mako 230. Although the color match was pretty good, I was disappointed that in about two years it began to chalk up. I wish I had done the powder coat treatment.
