    Here is a e-bay boat that has classic symptoms of a bad transom, its a shame because the seller says its "solid" What do you guys think,??

    That is truely insane. The motoer may very well come off with the whole transom all at once.[xx(]

        Hard to tell everything from these pix's, but see the buldge at the corner. I agree.



        I want to point out how Mako flawed these boat's.

        You can plainly see that the hach will not keep water out of the bildge and the rigging hole. There are usually 2 of them about 2 1/2in in dia.

          The detail in the auction cracks me up.

          "There are some cracks in the gel coat around the motor well interior. Also along the top of the motor well where motor mounts. Transom looks to be solid along with deck no signs of rot. Boat does not have trailer and is located in Pompano Florida. Boat would be rated around a 6-7 on scale of 1-10.

          I hope it's an educated buyer that gets the boat and fully understands what he's into.
