Does anyone have suggestions for the best way to fill screw holes before painting with awlgrip? I was planning on using the oyster white to match the original color of my newly acquired 1981 21ft, but does anyone have a suggestion for the floor to replicate the non-skid surface?

There was a thread either here or in the project forum that covers filling small and big holes. Look back over the last few days and you'll find it. As far as the non-skid, the sames company that makes Awl-Grip also makes a non-skid additive. I've also heard of people just sprinkling sand over the newly painted surface. Good luck.
