  • Mako Hatches

I have just purchased an 1982 21'3" which needed more work than I originally noticed. But the glass work is easier than try to find replacement hatches. Any suggestions, has anyone tried to make them?

that is what I have been planning on doing, but have come to a dead end with the frame assembly for them. So tonight I went out and started to sand, scape, sand and scape the old frames and perhaps use the star board as the inserts???? Any thoughts

the hatches are a two part system - the frame has an interior and an exterior flange . Interior to hold the insert and exterior to attach the frame to the glass.
