  • mako-boats?????

The page seems to be down, can some of you resident experts give a hand? Is there such thing as A 1978 254? I'm not thinking so. Someone has one for sale on the texas mako owners site. Just wanting to know

The Mako spec. page is back up. It looks like there was a Mako 25 that's 25' 7"

My best friend has a beatifully restored 1978 Mako 25 with twin Mariner 175. I love this boat because I grew up fishing on one. The ride is very smoth, with good head sea performance. However, it is as wet as you can get (like a Bertram 31) and downsea performance is so so. The hull is supper solid. Just make sure to test ride one in conditions similar to what you are used to, Good luck.
