Re: posted Sorry guys... somehow posted this in the wrong section before...

    Hi guys...

All I can say is thank the lord for wireless laptops and Classic Mako.com!

I'm here, sitting in the room with my new fiancee and soon to be mother-in-law while they are discussing wedding plans. Magazines everywhere... I look like a good sport and that is worth a lot!

Interestingly a few important things have dawned on me during this time:

    1) I bought the boat this spring and got engaged this fall. I realize now that this is the CORRECT order in which to operate. I've got my toys now and feel it would have been... more difficult... to have done so after marrage.

    2) I thought boats were the most expensive passions on the earth... turns out marriage is.

    3) I don't know the difference between a 211 and 21B.

    Thoughts?

OUCH! How'de you get suckered into that? When my wife asked what I wanted for our wedding I only gave her two requirements. That got me out of every other part of the planning stage. []

        1. Open bar.

        2. Sit my buddies next to it.

Welcome aboard and congrate to you and your fiancee! []

Now I'm not sure what model it is - the owners manual refers to it

          as an M 201, supposedly a 93' C Console, but the spec's line up

almost the same as the 211, except length.

          This M 201 manual indicates:

          Centerline 20'-4"

          Beam 8'

          Draft 11"

          Weight 2150

          Fuel 100 gallons

          Max hp 200

What is this boat, a 20', or an incorrect manual ?

          Any ideas ?
