It looks like a mako 25 from the back.

Follow this link to an ebay auction. This boat looks like it was made off of the old 25 mold and then the front was added on or something.

I think Ed Mancini knows something about those hulls. I remember a discussion from a year or so back where we talked about them. I believe they were made in the Northeast and sent over seas or something like that... I'm suffering from CRS right now... Can't Remember Shit.

I remember some of that discussion. I think there were 30 or so boats made for a commercial fishing operation?

BTW Eddie - it's been over seven months since my boy was born and CRS hasn't gone away for me.

you can also find completly refurbished hulls of the same boat on boat trader, they used them as fleet tuna boats. They seem to remind me of a Dusky/Mako mix. mako layout dusky, carolina, flare

              I believe that is correct.

That particular hull is now being built as a walkaround by True World Marine.

There is actually one of these hulls for sale in Salisbury, MA at Kalil Marine. I talked to the owner, he's asking around $4K for the the boat, no motor, and tri axle aluminum float on trailer. I forget the name of the manufacturer, but he did say it's just a stretched out Mako. Looked like a heavy boat, the glass had to of been 3/4" thick where the dock lights would go (they were missing). I wasn't a big fan of the lines, looks out of proportion, same narrow beam, and just stretched out.

That is a stretched boat knockoff for sure. Its funny how so many folks will attempt to do this, and it only throws so much of what was good or bad of the original way out there and makes for an abortion for sure. This is a sign of a lazy manufacturer that never stays in for the long run. Never buy a boat hull that is a spin off of another. But all it takes is a saleman, right?

oh now I get what that guy in the article is talking about. I've heard about Rev. Moon and his followers. That is one strange group of people, almost cult like.
