  • Outboard Motor bolt spacing & pattern?

I am in the process of buying a used B-Bracket. It currently has a Mercury 200HP motor mounted on it.

I haven't decided what to power my Mako 23' with, Honda 225, Suzuki 225, or Evinrude ETEC 225...

Is the bolt pattern holes/spacing standard on all large outboards?

I don't want to have to drill and fill the used bracket...

    Thanks-

Yes it's pretty standard on the newer motors, but I double check it.

I was told that they were the same. I can say that my 85 Evin and the 03 Merc are the same.

Bob I went ahead and sent you the PDF file for my DF 140 Suzuki. It should be the same. It's in metric.

So you think they are all the same?

              Please re-send. I didn't get it.

              Thanks-

              Bob
