  • WANTED: +/- 25 Walkaround

Looking for what most would consider a good starting point for a project. Running project. Under $10k.

    260/260B, 250/250B, 240/248, 243, 263

    Willing to also go non-Mako - Grady 252 Sailfish, Pursuit 2550, 2650, ???

Located in Charleston, SC but willing to travel.

Feel free to add any local to you Craigslist links also. I try to search from FL to MA to MI to LA, but it's hard to search thoroughly and not also have to look at 10,000 other non-related boats a day.

Well that was quick. Think I got a deal worked out on an '89 240. It's "on hold" for me. Scheduled to pick it up 1/25.

Im in the highly prefer twin category. We have a 50+ mile run to the ledge up here in SC and Im frequently 30+ bottom fishing. With older 2 smokes Im holding out for twins.

Those 285/286 boats are bad ass. Im pretty sure that would kill my truck in short order even back and forth to the ramp. Ive been drooling over this 286 with a tower.

          Here's you one: https://miami.craigslist.org/pbc/boa...787085662.html

I was looking for this one when I found the one above but you mentioned killing a truck in short order..... this one would do it!! https://miami.craigslist.org/mdc/boa...784431925.html

The one at the top would be perfect for what you're saying you want to do with it.

Still have leads on a 240 and a Grady 252, but have lack of communication issues with the sellers on both of them

In the meantime, still looking for a 24+ walkaround under $10k.

Thanks. Trying to hold out for a walkaround. Do a lot of bottom fishing and prefer the ease of getting up to the bow.

The search continues. 0-for-3 this year on boats that got as far as lining up pickup/delivery.

Here is a good looking walkaround for you...It may be too $$ - it doesn't look like a project.

How about a good looking older 254... only single engine, but I think the single engine is a pretty common set up on the 25'?
