  • 24' Project Boat (not a Mako) available

    Posting for a friend.

    This is a 24' Captiva, built in Fort Meyers the 80's. It has a 350 inboard, but hasn't run in more than 10 years. It had been sitting on a lift all this time, until two weeks ago when the lift failed and the boat went under. He had it refloated, and it is now sitting at his dock.

    My friend does not want to deal with a project, and needs to liquidate it asap, so is looking for reasonable offers.

    It is located in NE Fort Lauderdale. No trailer, so will need to be towed.

    I have fished this boat a couple times...it is a really stable hull, with a 9' beam. Has a forward cuddy, wide gunwales, and high freeboard.

    Fully fiberglass molded lapstrake-style hull that was molded in 1980's by Fort Myers Shipbuilding;

    LOA: 24

    Beam: 9.6

    Draft: 30

    email me at [email protected] if interested.

    Here are a couple pics in Bimini from when it was in it's prime:
