  • WTB bimini top frame for 1973 17 mako

The original frame has been on the way out for a while, but it is finally time to retire it. I'd like to replace it with one from the factory. Anybody got one laying around they want to sell. I will also pay shipping.

    Thanks!

I've got one off my 21 B that you can have if you don't mind the shipping costs. It's got fabric that is still usable and the straps are new for the most part.

If you'll get me the measurements on the width etc, we'll make sure it will work

My old bimini is ~63 inches tall and ~70.5 inches wide (center to center of the tube).

I would be glad if it were a bit taller.

Can you post a picture or two? What kind of shape are the slides in?

This measures out right at 80 in wide and 65 inches high. That height is what it measures collapsed so it maybe a little lower extended. Don't know if you could move the mounts on your boat to make the width work. If you can tell me how to post pics, I'll try. The frame is in great shape and the canvas is still pretty good too.

80 inches is too wide for the boat. Thanks for checking.
