    1977 Mako 25
Original bought at the Boston Boat Show off the floor, a pristine, ship shape vessel. It has been cared for by an attention to detail single family owner since original purchase.
Original cushions, teak, Bahama Gold Deck, never installed anything after market, almost zero drilled holes, no through-hulls whatsoever.
225hp Mercury EFI, 1100 hrs, runs good - just passed a compression test of 120psi for each of the six cylinders.
This boat spent the first 35 years in Massachusetts and the last 5 in Fort Lauderdale
To cut to the chase, this boat is the definition of a classic. It has a tough time receiving gas (slow to fill), so I know that it is time to replace intake and fuel tanks, regardless of any issues. If I had the money, I'd do the tanks, all fuel lines, re-power, re-wire and put on a T-top. Structurally, the boat is sound. Just did a survey and found to be completely dry hull. She is a little tender love and care away from being a fishing machine. She is also a family friendly layout with plenty of seating up front. The heavy, solid deep vee hull it was separates this boat from others, creating a smooth ride in any seas. If I had the money, there is no way I'd be putting this on the market. I hope she goes to a person that takes good care of this truly classic Mako.

What is the asking price? Would you separate the motor and the hull?

At this point, taking offers. Not interested in separating the hull and engine.
