    Little early, but can't wait!

Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the government take care of him had better take a closer look at the American Indian. -Henry Ford[br]1988 Mako 261 \"Stroken\" Project Thread: http://classicmako.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=26203[br]1992 Mako221B project thread: http://classicmako.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=48747[br]1992 Mako 261B \"Reel Impressive\" project thread: http://www.classicmako.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=56286[br]

I very much enjoy being in Destin while I am there but the drive is starting to get to me. 4 eight hour days in the truck, burning my vacation time.

Sounds like someone is starting to feel his age? Have the boys drive it down and when they arrive hope on a short flight and they can pick you up. I hope you are making it this year! We have lots of things to do? I am sure Dodge will have another crack at the mules.

                Chuck,

I have been for 5 years now and I do not think the inlet has ever been so blue and calm. That makes me want to run offshore for some more tuna and wahoo

20 hours straight from Columbus Ohio to Venice Florida, towing...The key is to start the trip VERY early...Made 3 such trips last year alone...

The mules drive separate and bomb the drive by rotating drivers. They also get there several hours faster since they are not stopping for fuel and pee breaks every couple of hours and they are 2-3 hours closer to start with.

It wont be long before something gives. We could find out who is really committed by meeting in place where others have to do the same.

Lets plan on in your area! I have 8-hours to Destin so a few more to NC would not be bad....

8+16 is a certainly a few more. Marc you are one of just a few who would actually do it.

                              Troy

I am up for that as well. I like learning new areas with people who know them.

TC- how far to Jacksonville for you?
