Smoking tire! Didnt even see until i had to stop for an accident. Trailer assist coming for a tow on US 40 outside of knoxville TN

I canceled trailer assist. I backed up on the inside burm of a 3 lane hwy 3/4 mile and got off the ramp. While on the side of the ramp i found a rv center was 100 yards away. No worries be happy

The family has a nice lounge to hang out.

Here are a list of trailer repair places in Knoxville...

                    And trailer parts houses...

Call around and select the one who can get it repaired for you... Obviously the RV shop you stopped at is either incompetent, or has never worked on boat trailers, as this is a common boat trailer failure...

THEN... Remove the one offending wheel assy, chain up the axle to keep it from dragging, and get it over to one of these shops...[]

I called around for an hour to a lot of the places above. No one had the brake kit and spindle.

do they have a standard hub and spindle? if so put it on and block off the brakes till you get to Destin. someone there will have the brake parts.

This is a great idea. There are several people coming from LA who might be able to bring a part from Champion trailers. The closest *good* trailer shop is up in Milton, about an hour away. If you need help when you get here I can help you.

Since this is a picture thread.....here's my current Funament picture from about 10 PM last night.
