Alivia's food pallete is very narrow- mac n cheese, french fries, some rice & chicken. And of course any junk food that crosses her path. Not a big eater so don't plan around her.

We are fine with whatever. How are tamales cooked?

Maybe we'll make a 7 Layer taco dip or something along the "mexican" line.

Sorry, we are TERRIBLY slacking. Sick child, changes with work, Tim is staying busy working, & planning a birthday is keeping me super busy! Plus, we've decided to finally finish all of the "house projects" we've postponed for years! (I'm not complaining though!)

Thanks again to all... we cannot wait for Destin to be here! I catch myself daily thinking of what all we need to pack and what all needs to be done.

traditionally they are steamed, these will probably get baked.

best way to eat them is covered in chili or tamale sauce with a little cheese over the top!

I can definitely see eye to eye on the picky eating children, Daniel is still a picky eater
