    Wow, Steve. I never heard the "one rod per license" requirement before. Doesn't seem right since most folks want different rigs for different stuff. I thought they only counted "fish per license holder."

        That's only if everyone on the boat doesn't have a license. One rod per license holder. If everyone has a license, as many rods as you can carry. I'm living proof of that. [][]

              Here in GA,it's two rods per license holder and the rules apply just the same otherwise.

                  I was stopped a couple of weeks ago and they looked in the box and said I had what appeared to be a two person limit on some bottom fish. They asked to see two licenses and not all four. Maybe it was my FWC.
