An organized raft up on Thursday is a great idea.I completely forgot about the fireworks because the kids wanted to go gator huntin' and then Chuck needed to make himself better so I let him take two hot dates to AJs.Looking back,I may have missed the announcement, but I didn't hear it at the capt's meeting on Sunday.I know we talked about it last year.Just be sure and make it well known.

Amy put together a packet for those how came to the captains meeting (or later got their captains bags) that included a list of activites that people might be interested in during the week. One of those activities was super hi lighted was the fireworks on thursday night. If you still have the info pack that came in your captains bag check it out.

                    I'd miss again []...

                    [^]

                    Gator hunting was fun too...

Just not enough time, especially when you can't swing a full week [B)].

Personal note maybe by the next Funament we attend I will have boys over firework phobia. December 2010 my nephew who is one year old than Connor was at a Christmas/New Years party where somehow a spark landed in box of fireworks and they went off; his coat caught fire. Long story short he finally got released by doctors a few months ago and is scared for life on left side; ear, neck, and back []. Needless to say my boys, and most kids in family, aren't big fireworks fans.

Terrible story there for sure. Maybe then you can coach the boys on letting professionals handle the fireworks, its the safe way.

One question I have is why it seems that very few people went to get ice cream after dinner?
