I got to it, but the page breaks seem to be corrupted. Lots of blank spaces and pages...total page count is 15. Does that sound right?

edit: resaved it and came up with much better looking file with 9 pages. guess it was a glitch the first time.

The page breaks on the Google Docs section is because it required me to put those in so that when printed, it would print each page separately (may be my error because I didnt do something correct!) but if you save it and print it, it will print correctly, with 9 pages (pages 2 & 3 are what you mail in!) For some reason, it was wanting to run all the pages together...

              TO PRINT:

              1. Click the link

              2. Click the printer icon just below the word "file" on the top left

              3. Click "Open" when it asks you to open or save document

              4. Print the document

Here's a document that shouldn't give anyone troubles. Dave, you might want to move this link to the top and replace the other link. Let me know if there are any more issues.

There's a lot going on there with that link. When I sign out of google and then click the link it comes up no problem. What browser are you using and what version?
