Just mailed our deposit today. Got a nice house on the south side of the bay, halfway between Cobb's Point and Indian Bayou. The in-laws are coming, the in-laws are coming!

We used this unit last year. Not a bad place, right on the canal but small (wouldn't put more than 2 folks and maybe 1 kid - hide a bed sofa). We can't commit yet. This is next to where DocFees is staying as well. The owner is super nice and the unit is very clean.

can someone please give a rough estimate of what this trip costs, meaning the room fees for the week/night,dockage, and all fees involved for the the funament and meal participation.

                          minus the tow vehicle fuel,boat fuel,and alchohal involved,of course.thanks!

                            Adam,

Here's the website for the "host" hotel...

                            http://sandpipercove.com/

Rates are varied a little. You can also check VRBO.com for some other options. The Funament fees are nominal in grand scheme of it.$50 for two.We usually spend 90%+ at the beach or in the boat in general so other costs are not very high. For me,and you as well, boat fuel is not very much either as you don't have to travel very far or very fast if you don't want to.You should really consider coming because it is more than worth it! We all have a great time together.

                              Troy,

I really really want to go this year and throw down with ya'll. I don't think my trailer is road ready as of now for a trip of that caliber, I need axles and leaf springs. locally I'm good. that's a quick fix though. I am just trying to gauge how much this baby gonna cost. the boat will be 100% finished by march, and that's still eatin' my lunch

on another note, we are talking about another attempt for this savannah gig in may since the weather made the first one a flop. I will need you to help me recruit if you are interested!
