  • General Pics 2011 Destin Funament

TC is in Destin after a 15 hour pull, plenty of gas stops and me thinkinng it will never end. Allen met me with a beer, I have seen Solice, Loco, Doc Fees boat, and a few others boats, around around 1:30 am, after launching TC, need a better look in the daylight.

Glad to hear you made it in safe, and look forward to seeing TC. Tuesday can't get here soon enough.

Thanks Chuck, I was 2 hours of sleep so there was much suffering on my part. I was very temped to get Josh behind the wheel although he has never pulled a boat.

Found the first dings in the paint at the bow, either roller dings from the boat lauch or the guy in front of me on the canal got me.[]

Great pics. from the angle of the first one, it looks like they are stacked in there kinda tight.

I think the slips are 36' long. They look tight because some of the other folks are not the best at tying their boat up properly.

They stack in, but I think they are 30' slips, if there is a 36' opening Allen got it[]

I didn't get a good look at the ding on the bow but my son says its just in the clear bra, I hope so.

I tooled over to crab island, ran into Artie on the way, took this one pic, girls chicken fighting, my son and his friend Steve dove off of TC and went over there to watch, they loved it!

Last evening to told Sandy I would be back on 20 minutes. I went over to rinse off TC. I came back I dont even know what time, in the middle of the night. [B)] A nice crowd of the gang merged at the dock and we spent hours sitting on TC and having a good time. Allen kept stuffing my fists with beers. [}][].

My family were just about to send out the dogs to look for me. [B)]

Tim's boat has same problem as mine. Shrinkage. You paint them blue and suddenly they don't look so big anymore. Regardless, the boat looks great. Can't wait to see it in person. See y'all Wednesday.

Haha, it does look a little smaller with the blue on there now, but feels bigger in the inside. Here are some more pictures we took earlier

I got the boys out late in the afternoon and we caught some kings and spanish. The porpoises were following me around and every time we hooked up they would charge in and eat our fish! We lost more that way then we caught. Here are some pics.
